This initial phase involves gathering organizational requirements, developing a conceptual strategy, and proposing a high-level architecture identifying technologies that can best support the solution. During this phase we help establish a financial justification for network strategy by assessing the business case for the proposed solution.


We work closely with you create an outline of the work to be performed so we can determine:


  • Costs

  • Sequence of events

  • Schedule

  • Communication of the plan

  • Risk


We create a comprehensive, detailed design that meets current business and technical requirements, and incorporates specifications to support availability, reliability, security, scalability, and performance. The output of design is the basis for the implementation activities.


Team members implement the solution they have created ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.



Operation is the final test of the valididty of the design. This phase involves maintaining network health through day-to-day operations, including maintaining high availability and reducing expenses. 


Once the solution is complete, you sign-off on completeness and correctness. We perform a full After-Action Review and document Lessons Learned during the project.
